With a very broad lineup consisting of two types of control heads (Silver and Gold) with different functionalities, dedicated tanks made from various materials, shapes, and capacity variations, and powerful, quiet refrigeration units, we provide flexible products that meet the needs of various applications requiring high precision and stable temperature control. ○ Two types of controllers: basic Silver model and multifunctional Gold model The Silver model features a basic specification limited to essential functions with a monochrome LCD display, equipped with time/temperature program operation capabilities for up to 20 steps in Class 1. The Gold model, on the other hand, features a multifunctional specification with a high-brightness large color TFT display, offering time/temperature program operation capabilities for up to 150 steps in Class 5, as well as temperature trend graph display functions and timer/calendar operation capabilities.

Equipped with a 6-stage adjustable circulation pump, it allows for easy switching between internal and external circulation. The built-in pump motor can adjust its output in six stages according to operating conditions, enabling the regulation of temperature uniformity and stirring conditions within the tank. Additionally, a knob for adjusting the distribution amount between internal stirring and external circulation is located on the front of the main unit, allowing for adjustments to the external circulation discharge from the pump even during operation.

"Extremely simple and safe operation through automatic control of the refrigeration unit" When it determines that cooling is necessary in the tank relative to the set temperature, the refrigeration unit automatically starts. Since it operates under automatic control by simply inputting the set temperature, rather than manual operation with a dedicated switch, it prevents temperature increases and the continuation of high-temperature operation due to erroneous operations, enabling safe and secure operation.

【Standard Equipment Interface】 The control head is equipped with a USB interface as standard, enabling communication and collaboration with external PCs and PLCs. 【Function Expansion Interface】 It is possible to add a function expansion interface module that is common to many LAUDA constant temperature baths. The module offers various variations for connecting Pt100 temperature sensors, input and output of analog signals and contact signals, and communication functions via RS-232/485, Ethernet, and Profibus. A slot for mounting these modules is provided on the back of the control head, making it easy to add them later.
