The CWR series is a vacuum cleaner for clean rooms that can collect regular waste and liquids. ● Features In addition to collecting regular waste, it is capable of collecting liquids (※1). ● High-performance ULPA Filter The CWR series uses a high-performance ULPA filter, capturing 99.9995% of fine dust particles as small as 0.18μm. The exhaust is very clean, making it suitable for use in clean rooms. The ULPA filter is replaceable and can withstand long-term use. ● Vapor and Odor Control Type The vapor and odor control type CWR-4W-MRAC can remove vapors and odors from mercury and acids from the exhaust by installing an optional activated carbon filter (※2). For inquiries about the CWR series and other clean room vacuum cleaners, please feel free to contact our representative. (※1) Simple setup is required for both regular waste collection and liquid collection (simultaneous collection of regular waste and liquids is not possible). (※2) The acids and chemicals that can be collected are limited to concentrations that the urethane hose and main body can withstand.
