TX730: The nylon micro swab is a special cotton swab for clean rooms, designed with a thin and hard tip, suitable for cleaning the details of machinery and other hard-to-reach areas. ● Details The tip of the nylon micro swab is made by compressing nylon fibers, allowing it to absorb water droplets that may fall on the surfaces of precision equipment through capillary action. Additionally, the tip is thin and hard, making it ideal for cleaning gaps in machinery that other swabs cannot reach. The tip is also tapered, enabling cleaning in narrow grooves. Since it is designed for use in clean rooms, it minimizes dust generation. ● Packaging Each bag contains 50 swabs and is double-wrapped. For clean room special swabs (cotton swabs), we offer the "crush tube swab," which allows IPA from inside the tube to seep out from the polyester head at the tip.
