Remote Monitoring Function - Since it uses long-distance communication in the 920MHz band, the signals from the subunits in the clean room can also be received in the machine room. - It can simultaneously monitor differential pressure at multiple points, allowing for adjustment of room pressure while checking the impact on other rooms. - The number of simultaneously used subunits is 5 (increasing the number of subunits increases the communication interval. With 5 subunits, the communication interval is about 5 seconds). - Measurement range: -500Pa to 500Pa (graph display is -50Pa to 50Pa).
