The digital simple business radio (licensed station) "Icom IC-DU65C" has developed a new dedicated custom LSI. By using SoC (System on a Chip), the number of components and internal structure have been reviewed, resulting in a slim and lightweight body with a thickness of 29.5mm and a weight of 245g (when equipped with lithium-ion battery BP-274). With an energy-saving design that reduces the maximum current consumption during standby by approximately 37.5% compared to previous models, it achieves about 20 hours of operation on a single charge.
