Super engineering plastic Ultem (PEI) specification impeller
For medical pump impellers, considering transparency, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and pressure strength, we are using amorphous super engineering plastic PEI for the housing and impeller, transitioning from reinforced glass to resin. We are thoroughly enjoying PEI molding from both the molding and mold production aspects through integrated production. We can accommodate PEI/Ultem molded products from 350t to 20t class, and we can handle prototype production. We support PEI/Ultem grades with glass fiber (GF) and carbon fiber (CF). We are currently mass-producing PEI/Ultem in the semiconductor field. We are currently mass-producing PEI/Ultem in the general industrial field. We have general-grade PEI/Ultem in stock. We can accommodate coloring for PEI/Ultem. We can handle thick-walled molding for PEI/Ultem. We can mold PEI/Ultem from a single piece. We can only accommodate prototype molding for PEI/Ultem.
