Based on accumulated big data, we make future predictions and enable just-in-time manufacturing. ◎ Production Management System: We have independently developed management software (FPMS) that automates all management tasks from order receipt to sales. Our molding machines and measuring devices are connected online to the management system, allowing real-time viewing of production status and measurement data. ◎ Head Office Factory (Small-batch production and R&D factory): Proposals and realization of resin conversion from metal / Proven experience with 3,000 molds established. We can handle mass production of around 100 units at any time / We own dedicated development machines that can respond immediately to development projects, ranging from 20 tons to 350 tons. ◎ Motoyama Factory (Mass production factory for precision small parts): Supplies 35 million units per month to Southeast Asia / Automation of mass-produced items using engineering plastics.
