Cryberit PUR Reactive Hot Melt Series
We introduce a reactive PUR (hot) warm melt adhesive that can be applied at a low melting temperature of around 80°C and has a heat resistance strength of 150°C.
The reactive warm melt of cryobrite, which remains stable at a melting temperature of 80°C with a viscosity that varies from low to high, has a heat resistance temperature of 150°C due to the cross-linking reaction after adhesion. It also allows for the selection of initial cohesion (green strength) through cooling solidification, enabling choices tailored to the production method.

Additionally, in the textile sector, advancements in technology have created a demand for low-temperature coatings that enable high-speed bonding of temperature-sensitive fabrics, while also providing wash resistance to high-temperature water and steam resistance for sterilization of surgical garments.
