Vacuum pads suitable for foil and paper suction transport!
The SGP/SGPN series of vacuum pads for packaging machinery and paper is suitable for adhesion to materials such as paper and film. The soft sealing lip conforms to thin workpieces. The pad's suction surface is equipped with small protrusions (internal support) to prevent the workpiece from being drawn into the pad, making it particularly suitable for uniformly surfaced foils. The pads are available in a lineup of materials, including very soft natural rubber (NK), silicone rubber (SI) that can directly adhere to food, markless rubber (HT1) that reduces suction marks, and fluorine rubber (FPM) that is resistant to acids.
