The soft bellows pad is perfect for workpieces with curved surfaces or uneven surfaces!
The FSGA series bellows-type vacuum pads are 1.5-stage accordion-shaped suction pads. They are available in sizes ranging from Φ6mm to Φ78mm, allowing for selection tailored to various workpiece sizes. Additionally, due to the 1.5-stage bellows shape, they are effective for suctioning slightly curved workpieces. Materials available include general-purpose nitrile rubber (NBR), silicone rubber (SI) suitable for direct food contact, wear-resistant silicone rubber (SI-HD) ideal for high-wear applications, markless rubber (HT1) that reduces suction marks, ESD rubber (NBR-ESD) that prevents defects in electronic boards caused by electrostatic discharge, and soft natural rubber (NK).
