This is a 3.5-stage bellows vacuum pad made of silicone rubber with two different hardness levels, suitable for transporting thin and flexible bags. It can handle bags with wrinkled surfaces or low filling rates, accommodating unstable surface shapes and centers of gravity. By using two types of silicone rubber, it achieves a balance between a highly stable bellows and a soft sealing lip, enhancing stability during high-speed transport. The pad body and sealing lip are molded as a single unit, preventing the sealing lip from falling off. Since it uses silicone rubber compliant with FDA standards, it can also be used in applications that directly contact food.
