A rectangular bellows pad suitable for square work!
The vacuum pads for packaging machinery, FGB-R and FSGB-R series, are rectangular bellows pads. Since the pads themselves are square, they can secure the maximum suction area when the workpiece is also square. The materials include soft natural rubber (black) and silicone rubber (white) that complies with FDA standards and is suitable for food adhesion. The sealing lips of the pads are flexible, allowing them to adapt to workpieces with easily deformable surfaces. An optional frame is available that effectively suppresses deformation of the pads during suction. By using the frame, the shape of the pads stabilizes, enabling more reliable transport.
