**Features** ● Wide measurement frequency range and high resolution settings The ZM2371/ZM2372 covers a frequency range of 0.1mHz, while the ZM2375 covers 20mHz to 5.5MHz. ● High-speed measurement Measurement time can be switched between five levels: RAP (Rapid), FAST, MED (Medium), SLOW, and VSLO (Very Slow). The high-speed and high-precision LCR meter contributes to improved measurement efficiency in production lines and automatic inspection devices. ● DC bias voltage The ZM2371/ZM2372 has a built-in DC bias power supply of 0 to +2.5V, and the ZM2375 has 0 to +5V, accommodating the measurement of polarized components such as electrolytic capacitors. ● Wide measurement levels and ALC function Measurement signal levels from 10mV to 5V / 1μA to 200mA can be set with three-digit resolution. ● High precision Achieves high-precision measurements with a basic accuracy of 0.08% and a maximum display resolution of 6 digits. ● DC resistance (DCR) measurement Capable of measuring DC resistance, such as the winding resistance of coils and transformers. ◎ Detailed specifications can be viewed by downloading the catalog.
