**Features** ● Low Noise → At relatively high voltage outputs, the noise level has been reduced to about 1/10 compared to conventional models at frequencies below 300kHz. ● Low Distortion → By reviewing the details of the entire circuit, it provides low distortion sine waves with a total harmonic distortion rate of 0.04% or less, even as a function generator. ● 16-bit Amplitude Resolution → Thanks to our unique circuit configuration, it offers high-quality waveform amplitude resolution of 16 bits at the highest frequency class of 30MHz. ● High Amplitude Setting Accuracy → The auto-range function always selects the optimal output voltage range across the entire output voltage range.
