The ultrasonic spray nozzle (atomizer) transmits vibrations from the piezoelectric ceramic, causing the liquid film to vibrate and forming fine particles for spraying. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10 milliliters per minute to a maximum of 100 milliliters per minute. Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the coating liquid and making large painting booths unnecessary.
