We have updated the product leaflet for the SONOSYS megasonic cleaning device from Germany to the latest version. SONOSYS's megasonic cleaning technology is a non-contact precision cleaning technique that efficiently removes fine particles by transmitting high-frequency ultrasonic energy through liquids such as pure water (DI Water) to the surface of the target object. It is particularly suitable for the precision cleaning of products with fine structures, such as semiconductor wafers, photomasks, MEMS, various substrates, and optical components, and is utilized in various fields that require high cleanliness, starting with semiconductor manufacturing processes. SONOSYS offers a range of frequencies depending on the application and the particles to be removed, as well as a megasonic nozzle system that accommodates various cleaning conditions, including Single Nozzle, Dual Nozzle, and Triple Nozzle. Customers who have challenges such as "wanting to remove fine particles from wafers," "wanting to clean photomasks and MEMS while minimizing damage," or "wanting to review existing cleaning processes" are encouraged to take a look at the latest leaflet.

We have started distributing 3D CAD data for the Sonia ultrasonic spray nozzles. Designers and equipment manufacturers can efficiently proceed with equipment design and layout considerations by confirming product shapes and mounting dimensions in advance. This time, we have also released the 3D CAD data for the ultrasonic spray nozzles "WS40K" and "WS130K," which can be used for interference checks and design simulations before implementation. Sonia's ultrasonic spray nozzles cater to a wide range of applications, including precision coating, surface treatment, humidification, and cleaning. By providing 3D CAD data, we support the reduction of design man-hours and the shortening of development periods, facilitating a smooth process from product selection to equipment development.

Water removal drying is "not easy"! Insufficient drying of cans and bottles can lead to many defects such as label peeling, printing defects, condensation, and reduced cardboard strength. Sonic's system, using blowers and air knives, maintains a stable airspeed even on high-speed lines, ensuring reliable moisture removal. It achieves up to 75% energy savings compared to compressed air, improving both quality and cost simultaneously. With custom designs tailored to container shapes, line speeds, and processes, it can also address challenges in existing equipment. It enhances the drying process in beverage and food lines for high efficiency.

We have published a technical report summarizing the latest improvement cases related to the drying process in tire manufacturing lines. Based on empirical data collected from a large truck tire factory in the United States, the report organizes key points related to stabilizing drying quality and energy conservation. It details how improvements were made to address issues such as drying unevenness and the risks associated with compressed air, which were difficult to resolve with conventional methods—this specific process is thoroughly introduced in the PDF. Additionally, it includes perspectives useful for on-site improvements, such as the adaptability to line speed, criteria for selecting drying systems, and the status of deployment in overseas factories. The content will also be beneficial for engineers involved in the drying processes of resin and rubber processing lines, as well as tire manufacturing. If you are interested in optimizing the drying process or utilizing air knives and blowers, please download the PDF and take a look.

【DryMaster Case Study | Achieving Four Times the Lifespan of Strawberry Pulp Spray Drying】 A major European food manufacturer faced a short lifespan of 14 to 18 hours for competitive nozzles in the spray drying process of strawberry pulp, which contains a high amount of citric acid, leading to decreased production efficiency. This was due to the combined wear from high pressure (10 MPa) and acidity, necessitating frequent replacements. By introducing the Lechler DryMaster, the lifespan was extended to approximately four times due to the high wear resistance of the carbide components. It could be directly attached to existing lances without the need for equipment modifications. Additionally, nozzle clogging was resolved, significantly improving continuous operation and quality. Used carbide components can be returned through the CaRe recycling program, contributing to reduced environmental impact and credit allocation. It is suitable for food applications and is also praised for its rapid shipping and high compatibility.

The MK4 latex stability testing machine is a next-generation model developed to enhance the accuracy and reproducibility of latex evaluations. With a newly designed digital control and digital display, it allows for precise management of rotation speed and timers, resulting in stable test results. The inverter control minimizes motor rotation variability, achieving a continuous stable rotation of 14,000 rpm as indicated on the digital display. Additionally, the motor and control unit are housed in a sealed structure and factory calibrated, eliminating the need for maintenance. It accommodates Perspex beakers for natural latex and glass beakers for synthetic latex, securely fixed to a stable aluminum table. The table can be manually adjusted in height, providing excellent operability on-site. Furthermore, the robust cast iron base is highly durable and features a protective design suitable for use in tropical regions. This high-performance testing machine offers flexibility to accommodate not only standard tests but also variable speed specifications for non-standard tests.

We have updated a video of the Lehner company's spray nozzle on our YouTube channel. Cleaning Lance (FlexLance) A telescopic cleaning lance that allows you to extend the nozzle into the tank only when needed for cleaning. It is ideal for situations where you do not want to leave the nozzle inside the tank during the manufacturing process, as it can be retracted outside the tank when not in use. Good to know In some manufacturing processes, the tank cleaning nozzle cannot be left inside the tank during the process. Therefore, Lehner offers a pneumatic telescopic lance (FlexLance) that extends the nozzle into the tank only during cleaning and can be retracted after use. Customization according to requirements is also possible, and the materials state, "Please feel free to consult us." 1SR (Lehner's two-fluid nozzle) This nozzle works by mixing air and liquid at high speed to create an extremely fine mist. It is a high-performance two-fluid spray nozzle that is easy to adjust for particle size and is less likely to clog, even with high-viscosity liquids or liquids containing solids.
