We proposed 12 Sonic 70 blowers with 7.5 horsepower motors, enclosures, Sonic HEPA filters, and two custom Sonic XE air knives measuring 13 inches. Non-contact water removal and drying of wire cables using Sonic Corporation's blower and air knife.

We would like to introduce a successful application of the Sonic SP Dryer cable drying machine. A manufacturer of low-voltage wires and cables, as well as bare aluminum and copper wires, needed to install a spark tester before the final packaging process. This meant that the wire, running at 3000 feet per minute (900 m/min), had to be completely dried before the spark test. Due to the rapid increase in line speed, traditional methods became costly and inefficient. If the cable is not completely dried, the inspection machine may misidentify it as defective.
