The LM roller features a hammer-shaped roller that is held in place by a retainer, embedded in the outer circumference of a precisely ground rigid guideway, allowing for infinite circulating motion. A center guide, which is integrally machined with the guideway, is provided in the central area of the load zone of the guideway. This unique structure constantly corrects the skew (tilt) of the rollers, resulting in smooth rolling motion. 【Features】 ○ Enables smooth linear motion supporting extremely heavy loads. ○ High assembly precision → Adopts a unique structure that allows for automatic alignment motion even if skew occurs due to mounting precision errors. ○ Rational skew prevention structure → The height variation of the LM rollers under the same plane can be as small as 2μm, contributing to improved machine precision and lifespan.
