This is a single-seat valve designed for sterilization before and after sampling.
The unique sampling valve "single-seat valve" is designed for sterilization before and after sampling. Since the valve body and its fittings are made of a single material in an integrated structure, it can prevent cracks and voids during welding. When the valve closes, the channel between the valve ports opens for sterilization. It is recommended to install a small pressure relief valve (optional) at the discharge port when using steam. When the valve opens, the stem and membrane seal are retracted, allowing liquid to flow. By using standard accessories, sterilized sampling becomes possible. Each accessory is designed to maintain the correct conditions (2 bar - 121°C) during sterilization. Insulation material is used to prevent burning. For more details, please download the catalog.
