Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene polyether ether ketone sliding bearing unit!
High-temperature water bearings are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. The bearings use ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, while the bearing housings are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, zinc alloy die-cast, and stainless steel castings, each assembled to provide mutual alignment and correct any misalignment of the shaft axis. Additionally, the sliding bearings can support linear motion shafts or allow block-type bearings to slide against the shaft. These units and bearings are highly resistant to corrosion and can be safely used in applications such as food machinery. We offer a lineup that includes pillow-type EXP200H, diamond flange type EXFL200H, pillow-type EXP000・US100, diamond flange type EXFL000・USFL100, pillow-type EXMP200P, diamond flange type EXMFL200P, and block type EXB00.
