Smooth rolling contact, low noise, compact, rich in reduction ratios, and free installation direction!
The Altax NEO is a gear motor that features a unique mechanism for smooth rolling contact, with a meshing rate 2 to 3 times higher than that of involute gears, allowing it to distribute and absorb impact loads across many teeth. It achieves low noise levels through a "double support structure" that firmly supports the reduction section from both sides and the adoption of a unique tooth profile with a large number of teeth differences. Unlike typical gear motors, it has a concentric shaft structure (the motor shaft and output shaft are concentric), which allows for a smaller flange, ensuring there is no offset between the center of the flange and the center of the motor, resulting in a compact design. basic information
**Features** ○ Unique mechanism: Smooth rolling contact → The engagement rate is 2 to 3 times higher than that of involute gears, allowing impact loads to be dispersed and absorbed by many teeth. ○ Low noise → Achieved low noise through a "double support structure" that firmly supports the reduction section from both sides and the adoption of a unique tooth profile with a large number of teeth differences. ○ Compact → Unlike typical gear motors, the concentric shaft structure (motor shaft and output shaft are concentric) allows for a smaller flange. → There is no misalignment between the center of the flange and the center of the motor, making it compact. ○ Rich variety of reduction ratios → A fine selection of reduction ratios available, from low reduction ratios of 1/3 to high reduction ratios. → Enables uncompromising mechanical design. ○ Free mounting direction → No restrictions on mounting direction for all models. → Can be freely designed according to customer applications. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
