It is a non-contact sheet resistance meter that uses an eddy current magnetic field to measure conductive films on non-conductive substrates online. It is ideal for online monitoring of transparent electrodes such as ITO and metal film deposition processes. It can be integrated into existing deposition equipment and transport lines. Additionally, it supports a variety of applications and can accommodate various substrates (glass, plastic films, etc.) with an opening of up to 23mm.
