When development progresses and equipment for production and mass production is needed, we will propose our spray equipment. In other words, during the research and development stage, it is possible to verify coatings without purchasing expensive equipment, allowing for high-level development without unnecessary investment even for first-time research and development. If you are struggling with a wide range of parameter settings and development conditions, please utilize prototype sampling to finalize the conditions. Our thin film coating equipment is customized to meet customer needs, ranging from small to large sizes and from R&D to mass production, and is manufactured to special specifications. Our coating equipment has a proven track record as mass production MEMS manufacturing equipment and MEA coating equipment. The thin film coating device (spray coater) series is a thin film formation device that layers wet spray particles, allowing for easy application on complex uneven parts and three-dimensional (3D) devices. It is applied in areas such as photoresist coating for MEMS, thermal heads, quartz devices, sensors, and optical components. Our company has a long history of successful coating prototype services (thin film foundry services) and experience. The thin film coating devices, which incorporate our know-how in thin film technology and special specifications from prototypes, have been well received. We are currently proposing the large-scale device SP600 as a spray coater for large substrates for mass production.
