By combining a large-diameter diaphragm with a unique supply valve, it achieves high sensitivity with minimal impact from supply pressure fluctuations, and it quickly detects pressure changes on the outlet side to adjust the valve opening. This functionality can adequately meet various demands, from static testing equipment to dynamic machinery. Additionally, it excels at maintaining stable output pressure over long periods, ensuring outstanding reliability.

It features a single diaphragm type with back pressure exhaust structure, and there are four ranges of output from 0-4.8 kPa to 0-35 kPa. The piping sizes available are three diameters: 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4". The main body material is aluminum, and the elastomer material can be selected from two types: nitrile and Viton. Although it is a low-pressure setting dedicated type, it also has good output flow, achieving 700 l/min ANR at a set pressure of 1.4 kPa and supply pressure of 0.7 MPa, with minimal droop, allowing for stable pressure management. Additionally, the operating temperature range is broad, from -40°C to 93°C, making it rare to be restricted in usage location.
