Multi-functional special ceramic coating 'MFC 7001-C01' with water and oil repellency, release properties, chemical resistance, insulation, and various other characteristics.
MFC 7001-C01 (Clear / Matte) is a moisture-curing inorganic paint (coating agent) based on "Si-O bonds." The cured film is hard and exhibits excellent water and oil repellency, release properties, electrical insulation, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. < Reference Data for Coating Film Performance > Oil Repellency: No abnormalities after writing with oil-based marker and wiping with a dry cloth. Release Properties: No adhesion of fried eggs. Electrical Insulation: Volume resistivity of 4.0 × 10^15 Ω·cm. Weather Resistance: Sunshine weather meter, 2000 hours, gloss retention rate of over 90%. Chemical Resistance: No abnormalities in rubbing tests with ethanol, toluene, and MEK. Unlike conventional inorganic paints (coating agents), it shows good adhesion to a wide range of materials, from inorganic materials such as metals and glass to organic materials such as resins and rubber, with just one coating. Additionally, being a single-component type, it cures and dries quickly, has good workability, and allows for thin film coatings of 3 to 8 μm, making it economical due to reduced paint usage.

< Features of MFC 7001-C01 > Conventional inorganic coatings required multiple layers, such as two-coat systems, or high-temperature baking, which made them difficult to work with due to limitations on the type of paint (two-component) and the materials of the objects being painted. Additionally, applying a thicker layer often resulted in cracks in the coating, leading to poor durability and high costs. In contrast, MFC 7001-C01 can be applied using various methods such as spraying, dipping, and brushing/rolling without restrictions.
