A hot plate vacuum coating molding machine that covers and adheres high-functional sheets for decorative purposes to injection molded products! It can also accommodate A4 size sheets!
"Vacuum Coating Molding" using thermal forming technology is a method that adds value to the surface of a substrate (such as injection-molded products) by coating and bonding high-functional sheets, such as decorative materials. The material is heated through adsorption with a heating plate, and the substrate side is subjected to reduced pressure vacuum to coat and bond the surface of the substrate. It is also possible to incorporate the sheet. ■□■□■□■□■□■Additional Version Information■□■□■□■□■□■□■ - Model: TFH-0221 - Molding Area (Internal Dimensions): 250mm × 180mm - Maximum Molding Depth: 30mm - Size Compatibility: Compatible with A4 size sheets ■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■ *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.

As a pioneer in vacuum forming machines, Asano Research Institute has been committed to developing, designing, and manufacturing equipment that enhances operability, produces better molded products, and improves productivity while reducing production costs, all from the customer's perspective. In the Planning and Development Department, we have permanently installed test forming machines (one for cut sheets and one for roll sheets) to assist customers with the development of new items and products, as well as problem-solving. We support the entire process from test mold design and manufacturing to sample molding, and subsequently to the development, design, and manufacturing of production machines (including production mold design and fabrication). In the Service Department, we also carry out modifications to replace the ceramic heaters of forming machines with our company's quick response heaters, helping to reduce electricity costs and increase productivity.
