A single communication driver supports multiple units, multiple types, and multiple communication protocols of OMRON PLCs. This communication driver only supports Ethernet (TCP/IP) connections. It allows access to word devices and bit devices supported by FINS commands. Communication parameter settings with OMRON PLC can be easily configured in the settings screen called from the communication driver settings screen in WinCC Explorer.
