The belt-type continuously variable transmission (ideal for forward and reverse operation), "TWD Series," features an electromagnetic clutch, brake, and worm gear reducer. It comes standard with a pulley that has a gear ratio of 1:5.5 in a compact body. You can choose between U-type and Z-type housings. Thanks to its unique oil-free mechanism and belt slip prevention mechanism, it does not cause troubles during operation. In particular, the instantaneous maximum torque that indicates the transmission power during forward and reverse operation or acceleration has a significant reserve in the low-speed range. As a result, instantaneous overloads do not cause belt slippage, enhancing the overall stability of the system and stabilizing the quality of the processed products.
