Mold imitation type automatic cutting machine
The IK-82 model is a new series of mold coaxial tracing cutting machines. Its simple design and compatible structure have achieved significant reductions in machine weight and a systematization for easy operation. We offer three types of models, differentiated by effective cutting width: S type, M type, and L type. The S type and M type are equipped with compatible arm pipes. The L type features a wheeled cart with a pipe rail, allowing for adjustments in the length of the pipe rail based on the size of the cutting material. Experience advanced mold tracing cutting with the IK-82 series.

Applications/Examples of results
IK-82 Series S200 Model This is the basic model of the IK-82 series, equipped with a standard short arm and a magnet roller with a diameter of 25mm. It is most suitable for cutting materials such as long materials. IK-82 Series M300 Model This model can cut circles up to 300mm in diameter and ellipses up to 600x200mm. It is suitable for cutting angle materials, H-beams, and general shape steel. IK-82 Series L900 Model This model features a rail carriage, allowing for cutting with large molds. The cutting length can be adjusted as needed. It can be used for cutting components of any dimensions.
Company information
Since its founding in 1918 (Taisho 7), Koike has served as an opinion leader in machine tools utilizing "gas energy," contributing to the development of key industries. During this time, in line with the progress of the era, we have developed cutting machines utilizing "plasma" and "laser" ahead of others, and have commercialized advanced automated systems using NC technology. At the same time, we have established a comprehensive total system to meet all customer needs, ranging from "gas, welding, and cutting to related equipment."
