With just three steps of hole drilling → embedding → polishing (or removing excess parts with a cutter, etc.), oil-free components can be easily manufactured in-house. Other features: - Components that have undergone surface treatments such as nitriding or heat treatment can be made oil-free. (Example 1) Oil-free plate using SKD11 hardened steel (Example 2) Pre-hardened steel + nitriding treated slide core - Oil-free conversion is possible with any type of steel material. - In-house production of oil-free components allows for reduced lead times.
