We are a manufacturer of standard and custom parts for molds, as well as original oil-free parts!

Leveraging over 40 years of expertise as a mold component manufacturer, we respond to various requests for standard parts and custom parts for press molds, as well as cam sliders. In terms of standard and custom mold parts, we have established a system that allows for integrated production in-house, from cutting to heat treatment and polishing, along with a rich inventory of materials and a unique management system, enabling us to keep costs down and achieve short delivery times. We are also focusing on research and development, putting effort into the creation of original mold components, embedded solid lubricants like Oil-stick and Oil-stick200 for high-temperature molds, and oil-free sliding pins with solid lubricants embedded in the pins, among other new mold component developments.
