High hardness and wear resistance: DLC is harder (around 1500 HV) than hard Cr plating (maximum: 980 HV), serving as an alternative to fluororesin-coated rolls for scratch prevention (higher hardness than fluororesin coating) 3. Corrosion resistance: Improved chemical resistance and corrosion resistance through DLC coating treatment 4. Super hydrophilicity: Contact angle of water possible between 20° and 30° (thickness control of solution application possible) 5. Water repellency: Contact angle of water possible between 90° and 100° (compatible with doctor blade blades) 6. Electrical resistance value: 10^6 to 10^10 Ω (Prevention of static electricity and adhesion of dust and dirt) 7. Reduced wear of CFRP: Prevention of wear debris 8.
