Ultrasonic flow meters only require the installation of a detector on the outside of the piping, eliminating the need for any modifications to the piping. As a result, construction costs can be significantly reduced, and the time required for construction can be greatly shortened. Additionally, since detection occurs from the outside of the piping, there is no pressure loss, and it is suitable for measuring pure water and chemicals due to the non-contact nature with the fluid.
