A substitute for chrome plating with high corrosion resistance and high hardness.
Ni-W alloy plating is said to be an alternative to chrome plating, possessing high corrosion resistance and high hardness. It has corrosion resistance that is not affected by hydrofluoric acid or nitric acid, with a hardness of Hv 600 to 700, and a high hardness of Hv 1300 after heat treatment. We have developed a plating solution in which tungsten (W) precipitates stably (35-40%). ● For more details, please contact us.
