Ideal for surfaces of blades and parts that require water-repellent, oil-repellent, and non-stick properties! Blades maintain sharpness for a long time and are easy to maintain! There is also a heat-resistant fluorine coating available.
SN fluorine coating is suitable for the surfaces of blades and parts that require water repellency, oil repellency, and non-stick properties. By firing a coating of less than 1μm at 98°C, it forms a transparent anti-fouling film with high adhesion and high hardness (pencil hardness 6H to 9H) without compromising the precision of molds.
