The P-type patch (transdermal drug) cut and packaging line "MODEL P" has limitations in speed when operating in a single row, so we have achieved high-speed packaging of transdermal drugs through our unique multi-row technology (e.g., 1 row × 120 bags × 6 rows = 720 bags/min). It integrates drug manufacturing and packaging. Additionally, we have realized stable high-speed and labor-saving production from continuous cutting and bonding using die-cut rolls to continuous packaging. By checking the front and back dirt, presence of the drug, and any misalignment of the thin and lightweight workpieces, which are difficult to distinguish visually, with various image inspection devices, we have enhanced labor savings and product reliability. External appearance inspection after packaging is also possible. Defective products are identified and expelled as defective sheets at each process inspection. Good products are sent to the subsequent process for accumulation. High-speed and stable sealing is made possible by our uniquely developed validation-compliant equipment.
