Immunochromatography mass production housing case assembly device [Made in Japan]
Immunochromatography reagent housing case assembly device
This is an automated production device that stores only the good reagent strips in a housing case after automatic inspection in the production process of immunochromatographic method reagents.
■Original products from domestic manufacturers ■A device that automatically inspects individually packaged strip reagents and stores only the good products in a housing case, fitting them together ■From a standard model with a speed of 12 to 15 pieces per minute to a high-speed model of over 50 pieces per minute, we also propose custom systems to meet various customer needs 【Product Features】 ■This device is fully automatic except for material supply, contributing to labor saving ■It can prevent contamination of products caused by foreign substances such as gloves and eyelashes ■By conducting inspections through image analysis, it is possible to establish stable quality standards ■It can also be combined with a sheet cutting module, allowing for proposals of integrated configurations that include the reagent strip processing step 【Device Overview】 ■The reagent strip is mounted in the lower case for image inspection. After passing judgment, the good products are assembled with the upper case. ■For material supply, the case is prepared by loading it into a magazine. The reagents are placed in the strip input section for loading. If a cutting module (sold separately) is installed, the supplied materials can also accommodate sheet-shaped reagents.

Our company, BioDot Japan Co., Ltd., was established in February 2012 as the Japanese subsidiary of BioDot Inc. in the United States, and we have been supplying various diagnostic reagents and production equipment. BioDot Inc. is a venture company founded in 1994 in Irvine, California. The company’s self-developed non-contact micro-dispenser system (patented) has become the de facto standard for the development and production of immunochromatographic reagents and enzyme sensor reagents, widely used around the world. Additionally, the company has continuously commercialized peripheral devices, which have now become essential support equipment in these fields. However, we believe that in order to further advance the increasingly important clinical testing technologies, it is necessary to provide a wide range of raw materials, information, and services from both domestic and international sources, not just BioDot products. Therefore, we transformed into ForDix Co., Ltd. in December 2015. The technology for diagnostic reagents developed through clinical testing is also applied in food testing and environmental testing, supporting our lives beyond the medical field. As a company that supports those who research, develop, and commercialize these areas, we will strive to become a trusted presence.
