Dual Pressure Regulator for Positive and Negative Pressure Models 16 and 1600A series are dual-purpose types that can be set for both vacuum and positive pressure. Both vacuum and positive pressure can be precisely controlled due to their high sensitivity characteristics, and they can accommodate various applications by selecting the appropriate piping connection. Fig 2 shows the connection method for vacuum only, where responsiveness and exhaust speed are related solely to the capacity of the vacuum pump. This connection allows for rapid setting. Fig 3 illustrates the piping for dual pressure settings.
