The sagging of high-viscosity liquid materials is eliminated by the sack-back effect.

The Sackback-type poppet valve E-V12 series has made it possible to increase the discharge volume by widening the liquid material flow inlet to Rcl/4. Since a diaphragm (fluororesin-based, PTFE) is used for the upper seal of the liquid contact part, there is no leakage of liquid materials into the drive body. The Sackback effect eliminates dripping of high-viscosity liquid materials. The discharge volume can be adjusted to dispense even very small amounts.
