The "E-V12 Series" is a sack-back type poppet valve that has expanded the inlet of the liquid material flow section to Rcl/4, allowing for an increased discharge volume. Since a diaphragm (fluororesin type, PTFE) is used for the upper seal of the liquid contact section, there is no liquid material backflow into the drive body. Additionally, the sack-back effect eliminates dripping of high-viscosity liquid materials. The discharge volume can be adjusted to dispense very small amounts using the adjustment dial.
