The Viking HDS suit enhances diving safety in contaminated water areas.
The Viking Suit HDS series is made by NITECS(TM) and has been developed to withstand petroleum-based chemicals (such as diesel and aviation fuel). Additionally, the Viking Suits "Pro1000," "HD1500," and "ProTech/Combat" are all made from a rubber compound that is a mixture of natural rubber (NR) and synthetic rubber EPDM. This compound maintains its quality well, similar to post-curing products, and shows a generally high protection index against various chemicals, as well as excellent performance against heat, ozone, and weathering. In particular, Gadelius Industry has played an important role as a bridge for companies expanding from Sweden to Japan. Most of the Swedish companies currently active in Japan, such as ABB, Flect, SKF, Ericsson, and Heganas, started their businesses through Gadelius. Additionally, most of the industrial machinery widely used in Japan, including paper pulp digesters, air preheaters for power plants, and industrial elevators, were supplied by Gadelius. These achievements have been recognized, and Gadelius has even been awarded a medal by the King of Sweden. Currently, in addition to departments related to these industrial machines, there is also a department specialized in disaster response for issues such as water damage and flooding.
