ISX-HF is a one-component type of molding ink that achieves high stretchability and excellent workability without pot life. Furthermore, it does not intentionally use halogen (chlorine Cl, bromine Br) compounds in its raw materials and does not contain environmentally harmful substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene, or isophorone, demonstrating excellent environmental performance. In particular, it shows good adhesion to PC (polycarbonate) sheets and PC-based molding resins, and it is compatible with film insert molding (FIM) without a binder. Its capabilities are especially evident during sheet molding processes such as pressure forming and vacuum forming.
