Technical Introduction: Gas Barrier Tank [Barrier Properties / Pseudo-Multilayer / Cost Reduction]
Lowering the cost of gas barrier tanks! We have developed a new technology to replace multi-layer blow molding and fluorination treatment. (FY 2010 New Collaboration Support Project)
Our "Gas Barrier Tank" utilizes a pseudo-multilayer molding technology that disperses a barrier layer (special nylon) within a single layer of resin (HDPE). It meets the fuel permeability regulations of CARB (California Air Resources Board) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) (PAT). Compared to multilayer molding and fluorination treatment, it allows for the cost-effective production of barrier containers. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
