The "TRB 04BL-E01" is a hard coat type solid lubricant paint characterized by wear resistance, achieved by special dispersion of fluororesin microparticles based on modified polyether resin, resulting in high hardness and excellent lubrication at a high level. The high-hardness coating formed by baking at 180 to 200°C not only exhibits excellent lubrication comparable to fluororesin coatings but also shows outstanding properties in chemical resistance and rust prevention, making it suitable for various applications. Additionally, this paint does not contain organic silicone components, and its surface resistivity is 1.0E+05 to 06Ω/□, providing excellent electrical characteristics, making it effective for use in equipment in semiconductor manufacturing and inspection environments where static electricity is undesirable. < Features > 1.
