The high-speed aluminum ash treatment machine recovers metallic aluminum molten metal from the hot ash generated by the melting furnace. Utilizing the thermite reaction of aluminum oxide (hot dross) that occurs in the aluminum melting furnace, it separates aluminum oxide (hot residual ash) and aluminum molten metal by stirring with blades, allowing the aluminum molten metal to be extracted into ingot cases while the residual ash is cooled and classified. Since it is a ladle-moving type, you simply scrape the hot ash from the ladle set in front of the furnace and place it in the ash treatment machine, eliminating the hassle of transferring.
