Feature 1: Wide Range of Lineup Possession of two standards: JIS and IWT A rich product lineup of 140 types Supply of bearing pre-load dedicated disc springs (BD type) Capable of supporting everything from prototypes of customer original specifications to mass production By combining series and parallel arrangements, we achieve the necessary load capacity in a limited space. Due to extremely limited spring space, there are numerous achievements where Iwata Denko's disc springs have solved load capacity issues that could not be realized with other spring products. Please realize the optimal combination from our wide range of lineup. Feature 2: High Wear Resistance, Shock Resistance, and Strength By adopting SK-85M and SUP-10, we supply products with excellent wear resistance, shock resistance, and strength compared to other carbon steels across a wide range of fields. They are particularly active in fields such as machine tools, press machines, and hinges, where high wear resistance, shock resistance, and strength are required in limited spaces. Feature 3: Good Load Stability Products with L and H-31.5 or higher undergo race processing to improve seating stability and sliding properties, ensuring strength.
