The thermal spraying technology of Osaka Fuji Industrial, active in a wide range of industrial fields.
A mixture of hydrocarbon-based gases or hydrogen gas and oxygen is burned in an internal combustion chamber, and the combustion gases are transformed into high-temperature supersonic combustion gas jets (Mach 5 or higher) through four concentrated injection ports. Then, powdered material is fed into the center of the gas jet using nitrogen gas, where it is melted and accelerated while colliding with the material within the nozzle and the highly concentrated combustion gas jet. As a result, it is possible to form a dense and high-quality thermal spray coating. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Compared to other thermal spraying methods, it forms a high-quality coating with superior hardness, density, and strong adhesion. ○ Ideal for spraying materials such as cemented carbide (WC-Co). ○ The gas jet is long and highly concentrated, resulting in high spraying efficiency. ○ The small diameter of the gas jet makes it optimal for spraying small components. ○ The material temperature can be managed below 200°C. ○ The surface roughness of the coating is low and uniform. ○ It is possible to spray cermets such as chromium carbide-based materials. ○ By changing the type of gas, control over the properties of the coating is possible. ○ Control of coatings suitable for mirror finishes is achievable. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
