**Overview of Development Implementation** Currently, mass production press processing of thin rubber materials has not been established, and we are advancing the development of high-precision mass production press processing to enable the mass production of thin rubber products for insulation and dust-proofing that can be used in the semiconductor and information appliance fields. This will demonstrate the strength of Japan's manufacturing companies and respond to the global society. Ensuring high-precision dimensions in rubber materials was considered impossible with conventional press processing technology. Conditions must be met to prevent issues such as burrs, edge deformation, and distortion when punching rubber materials. To solve these problems, we have decided to investigate the material, hardness, clearance, and surface roughness that form the basis of the mold. Additionally, since the material expands and contracts, we cannot apply tension during the punching process, so we must create a feeding device that ensures feeding methods, speed, and positioning accuracy, and connect it to the press machine. ● For more details, please download the catalog.
