By setting a vacuum pump and the ultrasonic sieve separator TSK-PNS (ultrasonic frequency 30kHz to 38kHz) in a dedicated housing, it is possible to achieve dry sieving of fine powders using a micro screen with a particle size of 5μm to 15μm. Of course, JIS Z 8801 wire mesh can also be used, and by utilizing a replaceable mesh system, it can be used for a wider range of fine powder sieving. The detachable structure with clamps makes it easy for anyone to use, improving the efficiency of fine powder sieving and enabling the sieving of fine powders that could not be sieved before.
