A particle size measurement device that can quickly sieve down to a minimum of 20μm due to the air jet effect.
The "MLS 200" is a particle size measurement device that can quickly classify particles, even those that were difficult to separate, down to a minimum of 20μm, thanks to the air jet effect. Particles smaller than the selected sieve size are forcibly sucked in by the negative pressure of a vacuum cleaner, and additional suction air from the outside serves as cleaning air for the sieve, preventing clogging and enhancing the dispersion effect. In addition to pharmaceuticals and powder coatings, it is also suitable for cement measurement and complies with the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. 【Features】 ■ Capable of classifying down to a minimum of 20μm using a dedicated JIS standard sieve (φ200mm) ■ Measurement time is quick, taking 1.5 to 2 minutes ■ An optional fine powder collection cyclone is also available For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
